The REFILL Market
Low Waste Sustainable Shop
I was thrilled to connect with Tina Solak, owner of The Refill Market NJ in Haddon Township and share my love of zero waste small businesses.
From soap to personal care items, detergents and household cleaning products Tina's customers BYO - "bring your own" containers to fill up what they need.
Tina even carries bulk Cat Litter Bags made from maize flour and vegetable oil.
There ae many sustainable alternatives to single use items at this local, ecofriendly shop, with a focus on natural ingredients and minimal packaging to help you kick your plastic habit.
A registered NJ Sustainable business, The Refill Market NJ is approaching their two-year anniversary and has established some convenient ways to shop including ordering online for curbside pickup, delivery or shipping.
Bonus - they also recycle pens, markers, crayons, drink pouches, squeezable snack pouches, Brita water filters, sports nutrition packaging, razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes - all hard to recycle items which usually find their way into our trash.
A lifelong environmentalist Tina was always worried about the environment. She was inspired to establish a refill store after learning about others that were opening around the country.
Tina shared "knowing there were others who felt the same way I did, I thought I should bring this way of shopping to my community."
Whether you live in Haddon Township or have been curious about "low waste" shopping visit The Refill Market NJ on IG or their website to discover the benefits of refill for yourself.

Westwood and Quinn
Eco friendly Soy Candles & Lifestyle Products
Kicking off the week off with some “sister power." Meet Elizabeth and Katherine, owners of Westwood and Quinn, an eco friendly handmade natural soy wax candles, macramé plant holders and keychains, hand-printed organic tote bags and more.
They’ve been in the handmade space for years but decided 2020 was the right time to turn their passion into something more.
Being sustainable is a big part of their identity and how they want their business to run.
"We try our best to use plastic free packaging, recycled or recycled materials as much as we can and make products that offer phthalate free scents, organic cotton, natural soy wax, lead free cotton wicks, and recycled paper labels."
I just ordered one of their hand printed sunflower totes (can’t have enough of those right) and hope you all take some time to explore the Westwood and Quinn IG page.
When these two are not in business mode Elizabeth teaches high school Spanish and Katherine is focusing her career path on environmental and wildlife conservation. Both are animal and nature lovers and recently created a special candle scent to raise money for their local animal refuge.
DM them on IG to make a purchase.

Nyah Beauty
Handmade Soaps & Skincare
I had the pleasure of connecting with La Shonda Tyree owner of NJ skincare brand Nyah Beauty through my work at the YWCA Northern NJ.
Meeting women who take their passion and purpose to the next level, especially when that passion is creating clean beauty products just gets me so inspired.
In 2003 LaShonda started slowly creating handmade soaps at the request of her mom who wanted to find a product that didn’t make her skin itch. Starting from scratch she learned all she could the art of soapmaking and 9 years later Nyah Beauty became her full-time focus.
Her plant-based product line includes soaps, lotions, scrubs, shower steamers and coconut candles. She also teaches a DIY Sip and Soap making class that teaches women to not just make beauty products ,but ones that are all natural and support their wellbeing.
La Shondra is not only a rock star entrepreneur (and big “movie junkie) but a believer in giving back to others. She donates a percentage of her soaps to local nonprofits that serve the homeless and others in need of some love.
Checkout Nyah on IG or their website and explore their complete product line.
LaShonda believes “you shouldn’t have to stress about your skincare” and is committed to creating products that are free of detergents, phthalates and other irritating ingredients just for you.

Miner's Daughter
Sustainable Soaps & Skincare
Every time I connect with a new NJ beauty or personal care maker I get excited. I discovered Kelly and her brand, Miner’s Daughter on IG and was totally intrigued by her beautiful herbal soaps. They are so uniquely crafted and looked like art to me.
In business for almost 6 years the Miner’s Daughter offers cold process soaps, herbal face and body creams, salves, balms, herbal face steams and herbal butters.
Kelly was inspired to make soap and creating a business after leaving her last job. Like many of us she wanted to travel down a career path that fulfilled her and allowed her to work with plants and learn more about herbalism which she loves. She found friends like local herbalist Reid Giacoramma @manytrees103 who helped her learn how to make soaps and has been doing just that ever since.
Kelly is 100% committed to creating sustainable products She uses local plants that are either grown by her or other local organic farmers for all her skincare line
.
“I use mostly all organic ingredients/ and or fair trade, or sustainably grown or harvested. Right now I don’t use any fragrance oils in my soap and I’m looking into using just hydrosols and infused herbal oils instead of essential oils moving forward.”
Kelly comes from a long line of proud sterling zinc miners from Sussex County including her father, grandfather, uncles and even great grandfather and works hard to honor their traditions by using earth’s gifts in whatever she crafts.
Visit the Miner’s Daughter on IG or her website – Kelly is a true local NJ artisan we all should support.

CASA LAMA
Sustainable Tote Bags
Their timing was perfect! Kenia Lama and Ana Laborde, two gifted sisters, knew all too well the devastating impact plastics have on our environment and created a practical, and stylish alternative to single use plastic bags.
Newly launched CASA LAMA offers a washable, biodegradable paper bag tote that is durable and made out of cellulose and natural latex, It’s lightweight, fashionable and has cotton handles.

JIM & JUICE
Organic Fresh Delivery Juices
Most of us are aware that our food choices can have an impact on our health and the planet. And that’s exactly what inspired James Marvosa of Jim & Juice in create his Union County, NJ business Jim & Juice.
Jim feels strongly that there is a connection “between our food and the diseases that plague us” as well as the negative impact that genetically modified crops and chemicals used to grow them have on our planet.
Launched in April 2022 Jim & Juice offer cold-pressed, glass bottled beverages delivered to Union County doorsteps between 6-8am.
I love their “pressed while you rest” tag line since they remove all the burden of frequenting a juice bar or making juice at home. And who doesn’t love the idea of waking up to fresh juice before the day begins.
Some juice choice include:
Organic Classic Apple
Organic Cucumber Pineapple
Watermelon, Lemon & Pineapple
Non Dairy Macadamia Nut
Placing an order is simple – just create an account on their website, make your juice selections (2 days in advance) and your juices will be dropped off at your door. You can always keep excess bottles in the frig until indicated on the best-by-date label.
To encourage recycling Jim suggests you rinse and return the glass bottles by leaving them at your doorsteps to get cash back on future orders – Brilliant!
Jim walks the juice walk but lives it daily as he has been practicing a fruit based diet since 2016 meaning the majority of his calories come from fruit. He hopes to inspire and help others transition to a plant based diet and healthier lifestyle.
BONUS: Use our GGNJ coupon code AT JIM & JUICE checkout for 25% off your first order: GOINGGREEN
If you live in Union County, I encourage you to give JIM & JUICE a try – ($15 minimum order)
Let’s support local NJ Small Business this weekend!!!!!

Bear Minimum LLC
Refillery & Sustainable Goods
There’s nothing better than spreading the news, sharing the love and building awareness around the “green” local businesses that make New Jersey so awesome.
Meet, Elizabeth, Michael and Emily, partners of Bear Minimum LLC a refillery & sustainable good market in Boonton, NJ.
They carry a variety of refillable soaps, cleanser, hair/body care & nontoxic baby/children’s products & more.
They’re also a hub for local, handmade artisanal goods & work hard to help their customers become more “sustainable savvy” & limit their carbon footprint.
Owner Liz shared “it started when I began my journey as a mom. I came to find a wealth of knowledge from like-minded mamas about safe and CLEAN products. I realized there was SO MUCH more than just baby products I needed to look at, & with the way I was purchasing products, and excessively wasting in my everyday life. This led me to using safe & clean products for my family, & community, and the biggest, most important picture, globally.”
It's exciting to hear that within a short time Bear Minimum has connected with their community and is helping them lead a more eco friendly lifestyle.
Their BYOB, "Bring Your Own Bottle" shopping motto encourages customers to be more environmentally aware.
“We don’t have containers for purchase because we know that there are so many bottles out there that just need to be cleaned out and reused! We put a strong emphasis on not creating more waste as a way to divert waste from winding up in landfills.”
Bravo!
Anyone who lives in Boonton or even Morris County should stop by, say hi and support this new local business – just be sure to “bring your own bottle.”

Busy Bee Organics
Organic & Healthy Prepared Foods
I’ve had some serious Instagram envy since I discovered Busy Bee Organics.
Owner Michelle Berckes offers Organic, Gluten Free and Health Supportive prepared meals and treats that instantly inspire pangs of hunger whether you are or not.
Her story is one of inspiration for all small business owners.
Michelle shared she was living in Jersey City in 2014 which was a time of great progression for small business. She was also living alongside many local talents, and knew the energy was there for her to create.
As a passionate health-focused Nutritionist (BS from Montclair State) and Chef (Natural Gourmet Institute, NYC) she felt there was a gap in the market for true Health Supportive convenience food in the area and with her background in fine dining and as a chef she knew she could create healthy quick meals for the “busy bees” living in and around JC.
8 years later that is exactly what she is doing.
“I am super proud of the way the business runs today. It took years to learn how I operate, how the neighborhood dictates and how my team ticks. I think the team feels really happy and we all communicate our needs with one another in conjunction with serving our community in a nurturing and nourishing way. Things feel balanced and for that, I am very grateful.”
Michelle’s commitment to living a healthier lifestyle is circular as she offers a bottle deposit program for her nut milks, uses bio-degradable or post consumer recycled materials, zero paper towels, washable terry cloth, composts and works with a local chicken coop.
My real takeaway after connecting with Michelle is that when you combine passion, purpose, and talent, your chances of finding success are very real.
Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs doesn’t hurt either as Michelle’s sister and brother-in-law own Another Man’s Treasure Vintage, her mom is a Karaoke DJ and her grandparents and aunt are inventors in the sewing industry.
Please visit Busy Bee Organics on IG or their website where you can find her weekly meus, meal delivery details and info on her BEE TOX program.

Mermaid Cleaning
Non toxic, Home Cleaning Service
I was totally wowed after reading about Jennifer Fagan's non toxic home cleaning business Mermaid Cleaning.
If you haven’t discovered her yet on IG here’s your chance.
She offers chemical free cleaning services using her homemade supplies and bath products.
Did you know most traditional home cleaning products include:
* Ammonia
* Ethylene glycol monobutyl acetate
* Sodium hypochlorite
* Trisodium phosphate
All of which can impact your health.
Focusing on what we use on our skin, hair, bodies, etc., is huge but our toxic home cleaning products tend to stay on the back burner.
And even if you do invest in better products but use a cleaning service that uses traditional cleansers how good is that?
Jennifer has a background in healthcare and beauty and has always been environmentally conscious. Combining her passion for home organization and wellness she decided to start a business that addressed both areas.
Mermaid Cleaning had a soft opening in 2021 and is now fully launched and growing daily.
All her products are custom made the day of your service and uses only safe, effective, and natural ingredients when cleaning your home.
She shared. “Our belief is that even though products say they are green, there are still some ingredients included for preservation to last on the shelves. The only way to be truly chemical free is to make them yourselves.”
If you’re in search of a healthier home cleaning service and live in Bergen County (or Rockland Cty, NY) reach out to Jennifer.
Her goal is to remove those nasty toxins from your home and create a safer space for you and your family.

Shore Soaps
Gourmet Soapery, Skincare & Soy Candles
Why use handmade soaps?
Well to start they’re made without chemicals and synthetics, fragrances and fillers – that should be enough of a reason. .
But after connecting with Corinne and Leslie, owner of Shore Soaps in Cape May, NJ about why using :"better" beauty and personal care products is just "better" I had to share.
In business since 2013 Corinne stated experimenting with soaps and skincare products for her personal use. She wanted something natural, free of artificial preservatives, dyes, parabens, sulfates, etc..so she did what many women do who can’t find exactly what they want on the market—she started her own business.
Leslie joined a few years later and together they offer a range of skincare products including handmade soaps, serums, and lotions - as well as aromatherapy products, soy candles, and bath accessories at two locations, Cape May and Stone Harbor.
Beyond creating chemical free products Shore Soaps uses only pure aromatherapy grade essential oils whenever they add a scent to their line.
“Natural has become more of a buzz word in the skincare industry since it’s so loosely regulated by the FDA, so it’s easy to be misled but we try to stay true to our philosophy of “less is more”, and only use high quality ingredients found in nature.” Their products are also vegan, and cruelty free. .
And for those of us in the "reduce - reuse" space, Shore Soaps uses mainly glass bottles/jars for their products so they can be recycled.
They encourage customers to creatively repurpose their candle votive and scrub jars to avoid waste and give them a second life. If you're visiting beautiful Cape May, try and support this woman-owned, natural, small business – you might even catch a glimpse of their shop dog Cecilia, a Siberian Husky that seems to steal the hearts of every customer she meets. Follow them on IG to learn more.

Java Love
Artisan, Organic Coffee Shop
Coffee is the universal way most of us start our day. And knowing the backstory behind that cup can make all the difference.
Kristine and Jodie, owners of Java Love in Montclair, a woman owned, LGBTQ company are passionate about making “quality coffee done right.”
They’re both committed to sustainably sourced organic coffee produced with respect for the environment and the farmers.
Java Love coffee is handcrafted and roasted with heart in small batches highlighting and maintaining the quality and character of each bean.
Now in its eleventh yea (they opened their first shop n 2011 in Beekman Mill in Kaunenoga Lake, NY) and wanted to “share the love” with their hometown of Montclair. In 2014 they opened one in Upper Montclair and another in 2016.on Church St., in Montclair.
All locations are consistently focused on sustainability - from the coffee they source to minimizing waste by recycling, upcycling, and limiting disposable service items. “All coffees are organic and/or sustainably farmed, fair trade and/or rainforest alliance certified. This ensures the highest standards and practices; meaning the people and the land are treated with respect, integrity, and the best practices.
What’s really cool is that all their shops have been designed using reclaimed and upcycled materials; benches crafted from shipping pallets from our green coffee beans, backrests made from the green coffee bean bags, countertops created using old doors and damaged shipping containers, and wall designs implementing reclaimed wood from our Catskills barn and surrounding farm structures.
And they're constantly working to source the best compostable and low-impact service items (cups, lids, straws…), especially since the beginning of the and this has been even more vital during the pandemic since they cannot use porcelain cups and plates for folks staying for a bit in one of our shops.
They’ve been creative in developing different refill/discount programs for folks who bring their own coffee mugs and/or containers for their coffee beans in an effort to decrease single use items!
Bravo!
FUN Fact about the owners:
“We refer to ourselves as “accidental entrepreneurs”; Jodie is a child psychologist (A.K.A. Dr. Jodie Thorz Dawson) and Kristine is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and a certified sommelier (International Sommelier Guild).”
If you’re looking for a special start to your day, or just want to enjoy a well brewed cup of coffee stop by Jave Love and support this local, community based business.

Planet B, Inc.
Zero waste Shop
Have you ever had an "aha" moment where the universe speaks so loudly that you can’t ignore it?
Kristen Carle had hers in the middle of an Abercrombie & Fitch store.
After years in the fashion industry she knew taking that leap of faith towards her passion would be the only way to fulfill her dreams.
Partnering with her husband they set out to create a sustainable business that would make an impact on our planet and educate our community at the same time.
Planet B. Inc. launched in January of 2021 with the goal to make sustainability affordable and accessible for all while, educating others on eco friendly practices.
“We are here to show you that it isn't as hard or as expensive as you might think to start your journey towards lowering your carbon footprint!”
Handmade” products offered by Planet B, Inc. encourage a “low waste" life and include:
* Paperless Napkins & Papertowels
* Washable * Duster made from upcycled PJs
* Reusable * Grocery Totes
* Beeswax Lotion Sticks & Lip Balms
* Hand Sanitizers
* Reusable Cotton Rounds
* Overnight Organic Moisturizer
And more…
Kristen shared with me some of the highlights of starting her own business - "from the first sale I made to a stranger on Etsy, to the first time I made a sale on my own website, any time a repeat customer comes to see us at a market and tells us how much they love our products, or even better yet when they have a friend in tow that they brought specifically to show our products I'm incredibly proud.
I enjoyed learning a few FUN FACTS about Kristen & Seth. Their love of animals is no joke! “In addition to close to a million bees, we have 1 rabbit, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 ducks, and plan to add at least 5 chickens in the spring! We’ve been joking that our house should become a children’s counting book!”
If you really want to embrace sustainability in 2022 shop Planet B, Inc. on IG or their website.
You’ll be taking your very own leap of faith towards living a greener and cleaner life.

Essence of You
Custom Natural Scents
One of my new year goals was to continue connecting to NJ entrepreneurs and brands that create products that support our wellbeing.
From beauty to personal care to lifestyle brands there are lots of health minded choices out there.
Anjali, owner of Essence of You creates custom blended natural perfumes.
Her business approach takes the idea of personalized scents to a whole new level.
Since 2016 she’s been offering perfumes made with essential oils. Her specialty is creating a natural scent to replace discontinued ones, and to offer bespoke perfumes based on her client’s preference and /or their Human Design.
The process takes over a month to craft but in the end you have a signature scent with your own name on it.
Anjali fell into entrepreneurship by accident. Having suffered from acne she discovered and started using essential oils. Since she didn’t know anything about them she committed herself to learning more, and after 1,000 hours of EO education, workshops and books she was hooked. Part of her course curriculum was developing essential oil blends for people in her class. But when they started wearing them as a perfume and began telling their friends about it, she knew she was onto something.
Anjali was clear that developing a “nose” is a lifelong process. “You smell something, and you love it or you hate it, and some part of it is stored in your scent memory to be called up and savored - or to be the starting point of a new scent.”
So what makes Essence of You so different than other brands (I had to ask) “I blend with naturals oils and really work to understand these oils. You must live with them as they each have a personality. I also blend for 1 person at a time, so it’s tailored to my clients tastes and ascetics.”
Anjali is also committed to sustainable best practices and looks for essential oils harvested from a sustainable plantation.
In the end Anjali always wants to bring joy to her clients – and the perfect scent can certainly have the power to do that.

Gentle Esscents
Natural Scents made with Essential Oils
Anyone else sensitive to certain scents? I’ve never used perfumes or scented soaps, even before I knew about the toxins that were in them as they felt overpowering and way too strong.
Well new NJ business owner Valeria of Gentle Esscents felt the same way and was inspired to create a line of Handmade Natural Fragrances for sensitive noses!
Her unisex scents are all made with 100% natural essential oils like Sweet Orange, Lemon, Cedarwood with some Vitamin E! She tests each one first to ensure they pass the very own “scent test.”
I like how compact her roll on fragrances are and make a perfect travel companion that slips easily into your bag or pocket.
Best Part - she encourages her clients to send back empty bottles and will refill them at a discounted price. Brilliant! Her product packaging is eco friendly or compostable too.
When Valeria isn’t working, she loves looking through her camera lens and taking
pictures. You can see her amazing photos by visiting her website.
I love supporting female owned small business, don’t you!

Homemade Betty
Zero waste Skin Care
Homemade Betty has been on my radar for sometime and was thrilled to connect with owner Rebecca this week.
Her line of organic, vegan, zero waste skin care products (leaping bunny & PETA certified) was inspired by the birth of her son who is now 14.
Like the rest of us Rebecca wanted better for him so she slowly learned to create lotions, then expanding to more skincare products – even jumping into the cleaning product pool.
Homemade Betty, now in its 7th year is super excited to share that many of her product ingredients like the herbs and flowers are homegrown. "My proudest moment was finishing a product that was 100% grown from seed, watered to flower, distilled and made into our kids deodorant.”
Rebecca is all in when it comes to incorporating sustainable practices into her business. From her glass jars, to shipping her products minimally, and the zero waste methods she uses daily (like being paperfree, and chemical free) she is 100% committed to being an ecofriendly and health-conscious brand.
When Rebecca’s not working you might find her belting out tunes as she loves to sing - Opera, Musicals, Country...”if my life's paths were different, I would have been on the stage in NY!”
Checkout Homemade Betty on IG or her website and shop this amazing local NJ maker during the holidays.
I’ve got my eye on her Organic French Vanilla Coffee Face Scrub…..

Sustainable Haus Mercantile
Zero waste, plastic free, refill shop
Has anyone else noticed how Ecopreneur and Owner Janeltte of Sustainable Haus Mercantile has been killing it on IG the last few months. She loves sharing her personal passion around plastic free living to all those ready to listen.
Her zero waste. refill store has over 400 personal care, cleaning, makeup and home goods. products along with 50+ items she makes herself - all to help us live more sustainably.
On top of all that she offers services like low cost dish rental, zero waste classes and even knife sharpening options.
Launching in 2017 at local farmers markets she officially opened the SHM in Feb 2020 (although they continue to sell at farmers markets in Summit and Scotch Plains.
Janette and her biz have gotten lots of attention in a very short time by word of mouth, social media, thru various speaking engagements as well as being featured in Forbes (impressive right).
Janette grew up loving and respecting nature, but became more committed to living and leading a cleaner, and greener life once she had her own kids. "I was more invested in finding ways to provide them with healthier, plastic free products that wouldn't pollute the planet for generations to come."
We talked about what makes SH different from other eco businesses and she shared, “we specialize in turning upcycled cotton textiles into functional, beautiful, and compostable products like wipes, napkins, and tea towels, which really sets us apart from all the other zero waste stores”
So I had to ask what products are trending in sustainable housewares and personal care. “Our refillable products are some of our best selling items; refillable shampoo and dish soap are two top items, they are so comparable in cost to traditional products and save a ton of plastic waste. Over the summer, the Vejibag was another super seller - who doesn’t want crisp veggies for up to two weeks! Of course, our store made goods are always in demand.”
The holidays are no longer around the corner – they're HERE. Why not give a gift that’s "planet friendly" and at the same time encourage those you love to support zero waste living.

Radiating Wellness
Organic Plant Based Facials & Massage
Nothing feels better than a facial, right? But not all of them are a alike.
Much of the outcome has to do with who the person and the products that are being used on your skin.
Melissa Koziel, has completely embraced this idea and her business Radiating Wellness offers only plant-based facials and massage.
A skincare industry veteran with 20+ years experience Melissa opened her own business about 4 years ago offering organic plant based facials and massage therapy. Her specialty is holistic face rejuvenation which combines facial gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic drainage and Ayurvedic kansa wand with plant based skincare to lift, sculpt and de-puff the face.
She’s really proud to have studied with the top facial gua sha teachers in the world and being accepted for a partnership with Laurel Whole Plant Organics skincare. She shared, “I knew if I combined the two I was going to create magic in my treatment room.”
So what can you and your skin expect if you visit Radiatingl Wellness? Only organic skincare products made from plants grown on sustainable & organic farms for your treatments – she even collects her own spring water to use in her facials and all her organic linens are washed in eco-friendly laundry detergent.
I love asking small business owners about beauty trends they’re noticing, and her answer made me very happy. “It seems like people are moving away from invasive procedures and focusing on more massage and natural facial treatments.”
With so many younger people using Botox and fillers as a regular part of their skincare it was refreshing to learn that the idea of clean and conscious beauty is alive and thriving.
Now is the perfect time to treat yourself to some TLC and facial love. Take a closer look at Radiating Wellness on IG or their website and plan a visit to her Vernon, NJ studio.
BTW doing a post on Monday about Botox and alternative options – stay tuned.

Ora shared " in 2010 I was a stay at home mom with degrees in biology and nutrition, and when my daughter developed eczema, I was determined to find her relief that was natural and effective. Dip
Zero Waste Personal Care Products
Has anyone tried a shampoo bar (to be more eco friendly) to find that it didn’t live up to your expectations? That’s what Kate Assaraf Owner of Dip was finding too and as a Jersey Girl (born and raised) her hair standards were too high to let that happen.
Kate was super committed to creating a brand of shampoo bars and conditioners that not only worked “magic on all hair types” but helped reduce plastic consumption.
Newly launched Dip offers plastic free, salon grade shampoo & conditioner bars that "can save you a ton of money if you're used to buying luxe brands.
Kate shared “one condition bar alone can save you over $200 in our expensive salon conditioner habit,”
Sounds good right?
She’s super proud to have partnered with 2 NJ zero waster retailers like Simple Bare Necessities and Good Bottle Refill Shop (we love them too).
“ It feels so good to be completely in control of my mission--which is to get people to buy better, buy less, and dip out of big box retailers by shopping small.”
A Jersey Girl to the core Kate has lived all over the world but came right back to NJ to raise her sons, {the funniest, kindest and most generous people are from NJ.”
Couldn’t agree more!
If you’re even a bit curious about shampoo/conditioner bars take a chance and shop Dip on IG or their website – and let us know what you think!!!

Glave Candle House
Clean & Comforting Handcrafted Candles
Loved the mission of NJ entrepreneur Natasha Linton who was so committed to creating a wellness brand that she did just that one year ago.
Glave Candle House, a natural candle company uses crackling wooden wicks, natural coconut wax blend phthalate and paraben free fragrance oils all in a reusable cocktail glass tumbler. “I just want my customers to feel comfortable with what they’re burning in their homes.”
Her wellness-inspired scents and wax melts are “handcrafted comfort in a jar” and evoke feelings of relaxation, peace, and balance WITHOUT using any toxic ingredients.
With over 13 years in the wellness industry Natasha is recognized by so many media outlets like FITNESS Magazine, Men's Fitness, Oxygen Cable Network, WPIX Morning News LIVELivestrong.com, and more as the advisor on a variety of fitness and wellness topics so she is totally well versed in this space.
Her philanthropic spirit is part of her brand and for every $100 spent at Glave Candle House, her suppliers will plant a tree in partnership with Trees for the Future, an organization working to end hunger and poverty for small farmers through revitalizing degraded lands. The Trees for the Future program also offer educational opportunities, empowers women, and builds communities.
With the holidays approaching fast supporting a brand like Glave Candle House that hits all the marks and gives back to others in need is a win-win for everyone. So let's start SHOPPING on her IG page or website.
Just sharing a fun fact about Natasha that made me smile – “ Most of my quotes in my regular conversations come from the Golden Girls” -wondering if our super young followers know who they are – but I sure do…..
